Layering: After the initial concrete base, we apply a specialized gravel layer (No. 2) to ensure a flat, stable surface.
Reinforcement: We use BS20 ready-mixed concrete reinforced with steel mesh.
Drainage: Our engineers calculate a precise inclination to ensure water discharge, preventing pooling during adverse weather.
Steel Framework: Vertical iron pipes are anchored to the concrete and welded for maximum stability. Horizontal pylons and diagonal tubes are added to increase system retention and load-bearing capacity.
Anti-Corrosion Protection: All iron components are treated with a specialized anti-rust synthetic resin metal paint.
Secure Perimeter: The court is enclosed with PVC-coated spiral wire mesh, secured with 5mm steel ropes and heavy-duty terminal blocks.

Once the base is cured and cleaned, we apply our specialized multi-layer system:

Top Performance Layer: High-strength, UV-resistant colored EPDM granules are spread using a professional paver (6-8mm thickness).
